Menopause!!!! What the hell just happened to my body and how do I fix it?

Insomnia

Sleep wasn't an issue until NOW! Hot flashes, trouble staying asleep, having to get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. Tossing and turning or unable to get to sleep, racing thoughts in the middle of the night.

Mid-Section Weight Gain

Diet and exercise no longer help when it comes to controlling your weight. Seems like overnight you've put on 10-20 pounds. You feel bloated, puffy and in general "weighed" down.

Irregular Periods

Not knowing when your next period is going to hit. One month it's a bloody river where you can't keep up with feminine hygeine products. The next month it hurts to use a tampon because there is so little to absorb. And JUST when you thought your were menoapause...surprise, you got your period!

Digestive Issues

Horrific gas or not so pleasant responses to foods that never bothered you before. Cravings for sugar and fatty foods.

Loss Of Muscle Tone

What happened to my athletic appearance. My muscle has disappeared under a layer of skin and flab. My workouts have gotten less effective and seem to be harder! I don't have the energy to workout.

Mood Swings

One day I feel like ripping the head off of anyone that rubs me the wrong way the next I feel off the hook anxiety. The simplest thing sets off an emotional response, anxious, sad, angry, etc.

Migraines

Higher occurances of headaches and migraines.

Fatigue

Extreme feeling of fatigue, feeling tired and run down. Loss of motivation and drive.

Brain Fog

Can't concentrate. Inability to remember words. general memory lapses and just feeling "fuzzy" headed.

in the fitness industry for 28 years and began combining

my R3 method with personal training in 2020. I believe

through making changes in your lifestyle you can thrive during perimenopause and menopause.

A Certified Personal Trainer, Accountability Coach and Menopause Specialist, and experienced Menopause participant!
